Founder
EMI was founded by John Eckert in 1990 as Eckert Machining Incorporated. John built the company from scratch, earning customers one at a time through building a reputation for quality work at competitive prices.
John hired, coached and developed his employees to reflect his own standards of reliability, integrity and responsive customer service. Those employees worked alongside John to build the great company we have today.
President and CEO
Today’s President and CEO is Andrew Patrick. Andrew started out as an old school Master Craftsman Apprentice at Rolls Royce in England. He has deep manufacturing knowledge and is also renowned for building great organizational cultures.
When asked about his new role at Eckert Machining Inc. he had this to say, “At EMI there is a deep tradition of employee development and exceptional customer service. We believe that every employee comes to work wanting to do a good job and management’s responsibility is to provide the environment to enable this” .
